What Should I Do If I Have Issues with a Purchase?

After a purchase, items should appear in your account immediately. If this doesn't occur, follow these steps:

Android

  1. Close the app completely.
  2. Reopen the app and check whether you received the purchased items.
  3. If items are still missing, contact support with all relevant information.
  4. Attach a screenshot of your payment receipt to speed up resolution.

To find your receipt: open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Account → Purchase history.

iOS

  1. Close the app.
  2. Reopen and check for purchased items.
  3. If items are still missing, contact Apple Support directly, as they manage all payments.
