- Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, or 5G).
- Update the app — check the App Store or Google Play for a new version.
- Restart your device to resolve temporary issues.
- Clear cache (Android only) — go to device Settings → Apps → Erudite → Clear cache.
