Steps to Fix Issues

Before contacting support, please try the following steps:

  1. Restart the game — fully close it and open again.
  2. Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, or 5G).
  3. Update the app — check the App Store or Google Play for a new version.
  4. Restart your device to resolve temporary issues.
  5. Clear cache (Android only) — go to device Settings → Apps → Erudite → Clear cache.

If the problem persists after these steps, please contact support through the in-game menu.
