This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - "Policy") governs the handling of Personal Data of Users in the application "Erudite: Trivia'' available on Google Play and/or "Erudite: Trivia" available on the App Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") and defines the processes and principles for their collection, analysis, storage, and dissemination carried out by the company Mioris, with registration number HE425231, located at Charalampou Mouskou, 20 ABC CENTER, 1st Floor, Flat/Office 108, Paphos 8010, Cyprus. Please note that the Application name may vary depending on the User's country.

When referring to "we", "our", or "us", it relates to the company Mioris (hereinafter - "Mioris"). The terms "you", "your", "User" refer to the Users of our Application.

The primary goal of this Privacy Policy is to ensure reliable protection and control over the confidentiality of Users' Personal Data. Before using the Application, please review the provided information to understand better how your Personal Data is used. 1. Terms

1.1. Personal Data — information that allows the user to be identified as a specific individual or to do so when interacting with the Application.

1.2. International Legislation - legislation in the field of user personal data protection, namely:

1.2.1. CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) - a California state statute created and intended to enhance privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California and the United States.

1.2.2. Australian Online Safety Industry Codes - a code that includes a set of standards and guidelines jointly developed by industry participants in the online sphere in Australia.

1.2.3. GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) applicable to regulate the processing of personal data since May 25, 2018.

1.2.4. COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) aims to limit the collection of personal information from children under 13 without prior consent from their parents or legal guardians.

1.2.5. ICNA (Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection) establishes rules and standards for the use of information and communication networks and information protection in South Korea.

1.2.6. APPI (Act on the Protection of Personal Information) sets standards for the processing, using, and protection of personal information in Japan.

1.2.7. PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) - Canadian law regulating personal information collection, use, and disclosure in commercial organizations.

1.2.8. LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) is the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, which sets rules and standards for collecting, using, processing, and storing personal data in Brazil.

1.2.9. KVKK (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) - Turkey's personal data protection law, which sets rules and standards for the collection, use, processing, storage, and protection of personal data of Turkish citizens.

1.3. Website - an online resource located at https://mioris.com, providing information about Mioris products, services, or content.

2. Age Restrictions

2.1. The Application is intended for Users aged 4 and above and is not meant for an audience under 4 years old. Mioris strictly adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requirements when collecting, using, and disclosing Personal Data of children under 13 years old. We do not collect or store any personal information about children without prior consent and confirmation from their parents or legal guardians.

2.2. We take special care to protect the Personal Data of minor Users. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 4 years old and discover that your child has provided Personal Data without your consent, please contact us immediately through the support service.

3. Consent to Personal Data Processing

3.1. By providing access to your Personal Data, you consent to its processing, including transfer, storage, and use, in accordance with the Mioris Privacy Policy. We guarantee compliance with all security standards and commit to taking all necessary measures to protect your data in accordance with international legislation.

3.2. Your consent to provide Personal Data for the use of our Application is voluntary. You have the right to refuse to provide the requested information, but this may limit your access to some features of the Application.

4. Personal Data We Collect

4.1. We make every effort to minimize the amount of personal data collected and ensure high user privacy. We process the following categories of personal data: last names, first names, postal addresses, phone numbers. However, we do not request or process payment card data, location information, or personal preference information such as ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, political views, medical and biometric information, or information about offenses.

4.2. Account Identifiers. When authorizing through Apple, Google, and Facebook accounts, or using Email, the Application gains access to the identifiers of these accounts.

4.2.1. Google Authorization. We save the Google identifier, email address, preferred language, and profile image URL.

4.2.2. Facebook Authorization. We save the User's Facebook identifier and email.

4.2.3. Apple ID Authorization. We save the User's Apple identifier and email address.

4.2.4. Email Authorization. We send a confirmation code to the User's email and save the email address.

4.2.5. Guest Authorization. If the User uses the Application as a guest, no Personal Data is collected.

4.3. Email: When choosing authorization via Email, the Application requests the User's email address.

4.4. Additional Data: Depending on the User's authorization settings, other Personal Data may be transmitted, such as the User's name, age, profile picture, and information voluntarily provided to us when contacting our support service.

4.5. Purchase, Subscription, and Game Progress Data: After successful authorization and creating a game account, the Application saves information about the User's achievements and progress. When using the Application without a game account, progress and achievement data are not saved when transferring to other devices or when the Application is deleted.

5. Notifications and Promotional Mailings

5.1. We may send notifications to your phone about new events and issues that arise in the Application. These notifications help Users stay informed about relevant information, updates, and essential events.

5.2. Mioris does not send advertising materials or spam mailings. We strive to provide only useful information related to the operation and functionality of our Application. The User can unsubscribe from our email mailing list at any time.

5.3. Each User has the option to configure notifications on their device. In the application settings, you can deactivate or activate notifications from our Application.

6. Storage of Personal Data

6.1. We retain Users' Personal Data until we receive a request for its deletion. Upon receiving a request, the data will be deleted within 60 days. If no deletion request is made, we store Personal Data for 3 years to ensure the application's functioning, as well as for analytical processing and statistics.

6.2. In the event of a request to delete Personal Data or the deletion of the Application, we may retain some data in accordance with the law, to fulfill obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent misuse of the Application.

6.3. All personal and game data collected by Mioris is protected and stored on servers of integrated external services. This information is used solely for analytical purposes to improve the application's quality and functionality. We guarantee that these data are under no circumstances shared with third parties or used beyond improving our services.

6.4. External Services. To store certain data and ensure the correct functioning of the Application, we integrate services from third-party providers. Mioris does not share Users' Personal Data with these providers. However, these services may collect user information independently.

7. Measures to Protect Users' Personal Data

7.1. Mioris strives to ensure that the processes of storing and processing Users' Personal Data comply with International legislation standards. We employ data anonymization and encryption methods to ensure their confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Annually, we conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our security measures in accordance with the recommendations of Article 32 of the GDPR.

7.2. Despite our efforts to protect Users' Personal Data, we cannot guarantee complete prevention of breaches due to external factors. Consequently, Mioris is not responsible for instances of data leaks, unauthorized access to data, or other actions undertaken by individuals to obtain Users' data.

8. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

8.1. Mioris may appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for compliance with personal data protection legislation per Articles 37, 38, and 39 of the GDPR. The main responsibilities of the DPO include:

8.1.1. Informing controllers and processors of their GDPR obligations.

8.1.2. Monitoring compliance with GDPR requirements, including appointing, training staff, and conducting audits.

8.1.3. Acting as the organization's representative to regulatory authorities on data processing matters.

8.1.4. Providing consultations on data processing issues, including data protection impact assessments and prior consultations.

8.1.5. Handling and processing requests from users regarding their data protection rights and ensuring compliance with this Policy.

10.1. Mioris guarantees the confidentiality of user data. We do not sell your data, but to ensure the Application's functionality, we need to transfer Personal Data to our integrated external services. Such partners' access to your data is limited and provided only to the extent necessary for their tasks.

10.2. As part of our collaboration with advertising agencies, analytical services, and other external partners, we may share anonymized information with them that does not allow the identification of users' identities.

10.3. In the event of the sale or purchase of a business related to our Application, user data may be transferred to the new owner as part of the assets, in compliance with our confidentiality principles and applicable data protection laws.

13.1.3. Users have the right to request that their data be transferred to another service provider, which Article 20 GDPR guarantees. We may charge an administrative fee for fulfilling this request.

13.1.4. Users have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, per Article 21 GDPR. Upon withdrawal of consent, access to some application features may be restricted.

13.1.5. Users may request the deletion of their personal data, in accordance with Article 17 GDPR. Contact Mioris via email at support@mioris.com. Data deletion will be completed within 60 days upon confirmation.

13.2. In addition to these rights, users should be aware that certain data may remain in our archives for administrative or legal purposes even after deletion.

13.3. The rights provided by GDPR are aligned with other international data protection laws, including the Council of Europe's Convention 108, Japan's APPI, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

14. Additional Notices Regarding Data Processing

14.1. This special notice is addressed to Australia, California, South Korea, Japan, Turkey, Brazil, and Canada residents to provide additional control over their personal data collected and processed by Mioris.

14.3. Pursuant to the CCPA, residents of California have the right to know, delete, and to be protected against discrimination concerning their data. Contact us at support@mioris.com.

14.4. According to PDP and ICNA, residents of South Korea have the rights to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their data. Contact us at support@mioris.com.

14.5. Under APPI, residents of Japan can request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their data. Contact us at support@mioris.com.

14.6. According to KVKK, residents of Turkey have rights regarding their personal data, including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing. Contact us at support@mioris.com.

14.7. Under LGPD, Brazilian residents have the right to access their data, correct inaccuracies, delete data, and object to unwanted processing. Contact us at support@mioris.com.

14.8. According to PIPEDA, residents of Canada have the right to access and correct their data, as well as to object to processing. Contact us at support@mioris.com.

15. Update of Mioris Privacy Policy

15.1. Mioris reserves the right to regularly update and revise its Privacy Policy to ensure a higher level of protection for collected Personal Data and to comply with legislative requirements such as GDPR and CCPA. Any changes and updates to this Policy will be promptly published within the Application and on platforms where it is available.

15.3. Individual notifications of changes to the Privacy Policy will not be sent to users via email or through the in-app notification system. By continuing to use the Application after changes to the Privacy Policy have been made, you confirm your consent to the updated version of the Policy.

15.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy, available in our systems and on relevant platforms, is effective and mandatory for compliance at the time of using the Application.
