What should I do if I have issues with a purchase?

After making a purchase, the items should be credited to your account immediately. If this did not happen, we recommend the following steps:

Android:

  1. Close the app.
  2. Reopen the app and check if your purchased items have been added.

If the items are still missing, please contact us and include as much information as possible to help us locate your purchase. To speed up the process, you can send us a screenshot or photo of the payment receipt showing the purchased item, purchase date, price, and transaction ID.

To find the receipt:

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile picture > Account > Purchase history.
  • There you will find the relevant receipt.

Once we receive this information, we will take the necessary steps to credit your purchase as quickly as possible.

iOS:

  1. Close the app.
  2. Reopen it and check if your purchased items have been added.

If the items are still missing, please contact Apple Support (App Store), as they process the payments directly and we do not have access to their purchase database.

We recommend including all purchase details in your request to speed up the process: purchase date and time, purchased content, payment method, etc.
